Meet Dr. Iain Gibson
Periodontist & Owner, Central Calgary Periodontics
Dr. Gibson was born and raised in Calgary. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Alberta. After graduating, he pursued his interest in periodontics and completed the Masters of Periodontics program at Dalhousie University. During his intensive three-year residency he trained comprehensively in periodontal plastic surgery, dental implant surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of oral, periodontal, and peri-implant pathology.
Following his residency, Dr. Gibson returned to his hometown of Calgary where he is an active member of the dental community. He regularly puts on lectures and shares his knowledge of implant dentistry and periodontics with general dentists.
